The word of Augmented Reality is booming, and at the forefront of this are Total Immersion. The company uses a "patented D'Fusion technology" which involves "integrating real time interactive 3D graphics into a live video stream".
Based in France, the US and the UK, Total Immersion's work has been used recently to produce several pieces of augmented reality used to promote many recent big film releases, such as Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and the new Star Trek reboot, as well as the launch of the brand new Nokia N97 phone.
