Watching 3D On Your TV
How to make the most of your 3D experience

If you'll be watching Channel 4's array of 3D programmes over the week, here are some tips to make the most out of the 3D experience.

Although 3D works on an analogue signal (for those of you who still have one), it works better on a digital broadcast, like Sky, Freeview or Cable. For a clearer 3D image you should turn off the lights and sit central to your television, preferably around 1.5 meters away from the screen.

For the best effect, set your television and / or set-top box to 16:9 format. You'll find it's also more effective if the television's colour is set to 'Neutral / Cinema'.

With this done, put on your glasses, let your eye's adjust and enjoy the 3D experience.
