Sony To Launch New 3D Camcorder
Smaller, lighter and more suitable for close up 3D filming than the Sony HDR-TDR10
11-01-12: An updated version of the Sony HDR-TDR10, the HDR-TD20V will be a similar price, but is a third smaller than its predecessor and boasts better features.
With a 20 megapixel photo ability and a smaller interaxial distance between the two wide angle G lenses, it looks set to be a nifty improvement.
There will also be an in built GPS antenna, allowing videos and photos to be geotagged.
The 2D digital zoom ratio has, however, been reduced from 160X to 120X, but it's not really an issue as it is so small.
It is due for release in March.
